Since tanning began in Texas in 1975, there have been no sales taxes charged.  The new Federal Health Care Law has imposed a 10% sales tax on indoor tanning beginning 7/1/2010 so your monthly fees will be increased by 10%.  Please call your store manager if you have any further questions.
