We change them TWICE as often as the bulb-makers say to. Our bulbs are CLOSER to you than they are on most beds, making them STRONGER. Our beds can tan you LONGER than most, making them STRONGER. About our History

September 11, 1985, Park Cities Tan began as Park Avenue Sun at 5800 Greenville Avenue in Dallas, Texas, with the first 20 bed tanning center in town. Written up as "the best tanning center in the world" by Dallas Metro magazine, it featured 20 Silver Magna tanning beds, which were 30 minute beds using Phillips Reflector bulbs. This location outlasted 7 competitors within one mile, and later, after 6 years of profitable operation, was sold to one of its members, who renamed it Palm Beach Tan. Park Cities Tan has maintained its position of being the upscale tanning centers in Dallas since 1985, opening 14 additional locations.
